Deluxe - Sloth Bear Tent with a Private Plunge Pool
The Sri Lankan sloth bear, found in Yala National Park's lowland dry forests, became well-known when one injured its wrist falling from a Palu tree intoxicated by its fruits. In tribute, one deluxe tent in the park is named after this unique species.

Yala's renowned tusker, Gemunu, born in 1991, was named after King Dutugemunu. In 2013, Gemunu was wounded, and in 2018, he lost his first tusk in a clash with Sando. His last tusk was lost in a fight with Nandimthra. Despite being tuskless, Gemunu roams Yala's grasslands. Inspired by this iconic tusker, our Super Luxury Tent embodies an aura of prosperity, peace, and royalty.
